Divine Motion

DivineMotion is the spiritual practice and mission of Oluwo Ifalowo Adeola, a practicing Babaláwo based in Baltimore, Maryland and firmly rooted in Ifá and Èsìn Ìbílẹ̀.

Ifá teaches that each person comes into Ayé with an Orí and an individual destiny chosen before entering the world. In the journey from Ọ̀run to Ayé, one passes through the gate of Oníbodè Ọ̀run, the guardian of the passage between the spiritual and earthly realms. Although we may not consciously remember what was chosen in Ọ̀run, Orí remains our divine guide toward its fulfillment.

Through DivineMotion, Oluwo Ifalowo Adeola uses Ifá divination to reveal guidance, identify obstacles, and clarify what a person’s Orí requires. Through Ẹbọ, spiritual counsel, ceremonies, and education, individuals are supported in cultivating ìwà pẹ̀lẹ́, strengthening their relationship with Orí, and living in greater alignment with their chosen destiny.

This work is carried out with reverence for Ọ̀rúnmìlà, the Òrìṣà, the ancestors, and the sacred knowledge and discipline of Ifá.
